The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series documents the organization, operations, and activities of the Council in ensuring coordination among various agencies and programs (such as Department of Education, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and Florida Children's Forum) serving preschool children, their families, high-risk pregnant women, and teens.
      The series contains Florida Statutes Chapter 411, and Laws of Florida Chapters 89-379 and 90-358 detailing the establishment of the Council; correspondence between members, and between members and state officers, discussing issues and activities of the Council; meeting files, including agendas and minutes, discussing issues such as budget reviews, school readiness programs, and lead poisoning in children; appointment files; and travel reimbursement files.
