The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     This series contains newspaper clippings from 1928 to 1935 maintained by the State Board of Public Welfare.  It also contains a publication:  Juvenile Courts and Probation in Florida, State Board of Public Welfare, Publication No. 3, February, 1931.  The scrapbook contains a history of Florida's state conference of social work, including information on the establishment of the State Board of Public Welfare.  The newspaper clippings provide information on a variety of subjects including activities of the State Board of Public Welfare, child welfare, and juvenile delinquency.
