Summary:     This series contains the youth services correspondence from 1969 to 1975 maintained by the Office of the Secretary, Dept. of Health and Rehabilitative Services.  The records document the activities of the Division of Youth Services and its interaction with the Secretary.  The records include correspondence, reports, and supporting materials related to youth services.  The Division supervised the state facilities for the detention, care, training, and after-care supervision of juvenile delinquents.
