The Online Catalog allows searching and browsing of information about the Florida State Archives’ holdings of over 48,000 cubic feet of state and local government records and historical manuscripts. The catalog provides descriptions of over 3,400 collections and lists the contents of containers and folders in many of those collections. Summary:     The series contains textbook contracts negotiated by the State Textbook Commission and its successor, the State Textbook Purchasing Board, in 1930-1943; 1946-1948; and 1966-1978.  The contracts were between textbook publishers and the state for use in the state school system.  The records also include some supplementary paperwork, such as correspondence, bids, and bonds.
